Twenty six Japanese businessmen representing small and medium-scale business enterprises in various industries hope to find Filipino partners during the business matching program of the Philippines Japan Economic Cooperation Committee (PHILJEC) and OISCA, a Japanese NGO for international cooperation.
Aniceto S. Saludo, Jr., PHILJEC chairman said the two-day event slated on December 6-7 at the New World Hotel in Makati revolves on the theme Economic prosperity and growth through business matching and is highlighted by one-on-one meetings of Japanese businessmen with potential Filipino partners.
Saludo said there are 7 areas of cooperation open to Filipino entrepreneurs: Partnership, joint venture, dealer, distributor, financing, marketing and promotion, consultancy/research and technology transfer.
