Although established in 2019, Agri-Sprout’s roots trace back to Cyberth Phils., Inc., a respected agricultural company that operated for over two decades. Following the passing of its president, Mr. Luisito E. Bandian, in 2019, Cyberth concluded its operations, leading to the formation of Agri-Sprout to continue its mission of serving the Philippine agricultural industry.

The company began by acquiring and legally transferring Cyberth’s registered pesticide brands through a formal Deed of Assignment. Since 2020, Agri-Sprout has steadily completed the transfer of these product registrations while expanding its portfolio through the registration of new pesticide brands with the Fertilizer and Pesticide Authority (FPA).
