Agway Chemicals Corporation began as a small agricultural chemical dealer in Davao City with a vision to provide reliable and affordable farm inputs to the country’s growing agricultural sector. Founded by Mr. Glicerio B. Rosario during the historic People Power Revolution in 1986, the company initially served plantation businesses before expanding to support smallholder farmers, agricultural dealers, and cooperatives across the Philippines.

Over the years, Agway transformed from a local dealership into one of the nation’s leading importers and distributors of agricultural products. Through continuous investment in product diversification, infrastructure, warehousing, and logistics, the company has built a strong nationwide presence with strategically located branches, warehouses, and an extensive distribution network serving Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.
