Agway Chemicals Corporation is a wholly Filipino owned company, which was established in February 25, 1986. It traces its root as a small business originated in Davao City under the name of “Agway Chemicals.” Back then, opportunity unveiled its way to be eventually become one of the best retailer-dealer in the region.

By the year 90s, the business competition became tighter and this was the very reason which drove the owner to branch out. During the time, there was a large aray of demand for both fertilizers and agricultural chemicals. For Agway Chemicals, it was a perfect time to diversify on the way to extend services to attend customer’s necessities.

Over the years, operations and transactions became complicated as the business served vast number of dealers, plantations, growers, and farmers. Soon after, as part of the transformation, Agway Chemicals also changed the name to Agway Chemicals Corporation.

Today, the company is known to be one of the biggest retailer and distributor of first class fertilizers and agriculture chemicals from multinational suppliers. At present, the company has 12 branches strategically situated in several areas of Visayas and Mindanao and it never stops intensifying the quality of services, branching out and increasing the workforce. Likewise, it is active in corporate social responsibility (i.e. building houses, self-motivated in every GK projects and other charitable developments) as an avenue for giving back fruitful journey over the years.
