Some 40 representatives officials from Japanese companies engaged construction, waste management and treatment, hotel and tourism, and light industry manufacturing were keen on potential business for the province of Bohol.

The province of Bohol led by Governor Arthur C. Yap conducted a business mission in Tokyo recently to attract Japanese investments to the province.

An investment seminar with select Japanese companies kicked off the business mission, co-organized by the Philippine Trade and Investment Center (PTIC) in Tokyo, headed by DTI Commercial Counsellor Dita Angara-Mathay.
