A progress report of the Office of the Provincial Agriculturist (OPA) submitted to Governor Alfredo Mara on Jr. on Thursday showed those affected are rice and corn farmers, and tilapia and bangus growers.
In the rice sector, affected farmers in 21 local government units incurred a total of PHP94.018 million in losses during the period covering January 1 to May 27.
