PCC’s strategy is to provide formulation and tolling services to the parent company and subsidiaries as well as give brands through Third Party Authorization. Currently LAPC is one of the companies dominating the distribution of the target products to be produced and formulated by PCC.

To scale up the operation, PCC will also offer its services to other companies. It will also ensure to follow the established safety stock level of inventory to maximize capacity, and products are always readily available.

The manufacturing plant is in Meycauayan, Bulacan, where it houses the formulation and repacking facilities. It also includes a warehouse for raw and packaging materials to facilitate efficient production, laboratory to do the physical and chemical test, retention room for retained samples of each product and Quarantine area for products with quality problems.
