CAGAYAN Technical Education And Skills Development Authority (TESDA) Secretary General Isidro Lapena personally spearheaded the establishment of Anurturu Organic Farm and the distribution of economic equipment in Anurturu, Rizal, Cagayan recently.
At the same time, TESDA and various government agencies distributed agricultural machinery including two motorized boats from BFAR; fingerlings, vegetables seeds and seedlings while the Provincial Government of Cagayan provided P600,000 for six target beneficiary barangays.
The secretary was accompanied by the Father of Cagayan province, Governor Manuel N. Mamba who led the program.
