Biostadt Philippines Inc. is a subsidiary of Biostadt India Ltd. and is one of the fast emerging strong agri-solutions providers in the Philippines.
BIOSTADT, in the literal sense, means Life (bio) and City or Place (stadt – German).
In the Philippines, Biostadt has been operating since 1988. It started out doing development activities and then later initiated selling activities in 1993 with Shell chemicals (subsequently Cyanamid) distributing its products. In 1997, Biostadt Philippines finally started its own marketing activities.
Today, Biostadt Philippines has a team of more than 50 agronomists under direct supervision of 16 Territory Sales Executives and 3 Regional Business Managers operating all over the Philippines. Its Head Office is located in Ortigas area of Metro Manila with 20 hardworking staff supporting the whole business.
BIOSTADT is in the mission of providing organic, biological crop protection and crop nutrition inputs for sustainable agriculture and to reduce dependency on synthetic chemistries. It envisions having residue-free food and a fit environment for the present & future generations.

Biostadt aims to create an image for itself as an aggressive, quality-conscious, ethical, customer-oriented and environment sensible company in the service of the Filipino farmers.
In addition to its range of innovative plant growth biostimulants, Biostadt also offers high quality plant protection solutions against insects, diseases, weeds and other pests. Biostadt presently offers more than thirty plant protection and plant nutrition products in the Philippines. Among the brand names in Biostadt’s arsenal are Wokozim, Oshin, Trebon, Dash, Nebijin, Biostin, Grassedge and Silwet 408. More are still to come.
Apart from its core Agri-business sector, Biostadt also offers unique solutions in the Aquaculture segment in Shrimp Feed, Probiotics, adsorbents, deodorizers, oxygen generators, feed supplements/binders, sanitizers/disinfectants and fish hormones.
As it continues to pursue its mission to provide high quality agri-solutions for Filipino farmers, the next venture for Biostadt to explore is the seed industry segment.
