KORONADAL CITY, South Cotabato, Nov. 6 (PIA) — More farmers in Soccsksargen Region have completed a course that would boost their knowledge and acceptance of organic farming.
Twenty six farmers from Barangay Rotunda in this city were the latest graduates of the Farmers’ Field School – Integrated Pest Management on PalayCheck System, with emphasis on organic agriculture.
“These newly-confirmed graduates were introduced to the primary and key checks toward greater rice productivity,” said DA-12 regional techno demo coordinator Soraida Bangon.
